How our very first client inspired our signature CPG service!

In 2023, two young ladies reached out to us looking for support with R&D, product feasibility, and overall manufacturing. Their goal was simple: develop the flavors, run a small production, and get into stores ASAP.
Even with our experience, we knew the road would be challenging, but we were up for it. Nine months later, one of the most intentional brands we have ever worked with was born: Good Girl Snacks.

Through that process, the path forward became clear. Despite our diverse backgrounds, spanning Food Science, CPG Business, Production Engineering, and Food Operations, we found one word that became the core blueprint at Evolve Food: PRODUCTIZATION.
For the last two years, our work has been defined by three words: Launch. Scale. Evolve. We have worked 1-on-1 with brands to transform kitchen recipes into fully scalable formulations, taking their operations from Webstaurant-style purchasing to contract negotiations, and from commercial kitchens to industrial manufacturing. For us, it is incredibly rewarding to say that more than 90% of those clients are still working with us to this day. Even some of their manufacturing facilities became our clients, too. It has been a beautiful road of growth and evolution for us as well.
