Productization: The Evolve Circle 2026
Empowering founders with the operational know-how to launch and scale.

After years of working with founders to launch brands and build strong operational foundations through our Productization service, we’ve condensed that experience into a guided 8 week, group-based program.
The Productization Evolve Circle is designed to guide early-stage food founders from concept or kitchen recipe to a compliant, scalable, manufacturer-ready product. Through expert guidance, proven frameworks, and hands-on application, founders learn how formulation, process, compliance, and cost structure work together in the real world. The principles taught are immediately applicable to small food businesses, while providing the operational foundation needed to launch with confidence and scale intentionally.
Beyond tools and templates, founders gain the operational know-how needed to bridge the gap between having a product idea and launching a shelf-ready product. Evolve equips participants with the strategic framework for product development, manufacturing, and operations, teaching what questions to ask, who to approach, and how to treat formula and process as equal counterparts for scalability, so founders can avoid common, costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.
